I have suffered with autoimmune illness, specifically rheumatoid arthritis, for over thirty years now. Since the age of nine, I have fought the illness and have both won and lost many battles. Joint replacements, deathly infections, and even a heart attack - I've seen and done it all. In this time, I have also written an autobiography, created a very successful blog, and I star in a short monthly podcast.
